Eccentric semi ball valve is a new type of valve based on structure of same kind valve imported by our co***ny. It can be used as throttling and adjusting the flow media in the pipeline which contains impurity and solid powder in the industries of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power and water supply and drainage etc.
Design Principe:
It adopts double eccentric structure to make valve airtight pair produce tight and separation by the principle of eccentric wheel unshipped wedge and seal the valve and open fast.
Characteristics and performance:
1.Because all different revolving radius eccentric ball surface on valve sealing ball surface are in equal cure, when closing ,sealing ball surface enters valve seat tighter to produce enough sealing pressure ratio and make two direction sealing performance more reliable.
2.Because valve is complete circle and direction path, it has the function of little resistance, good flowing and line adjusting.
3.Airtight pair has the characteristics of wearing, tearing and corrosive resistance and long time for using.
4.During opening and closing , it can remove dirt on sealing surface with no influence on sealing;
5.When sued for long time and sealing position changed, sealing ball surface moves forward equally and keeps tight pressuring status with sealing seat to make new sealing.
